Your email signup
For a new signup through the access form, we store your email address, your AI/VA interest choice, whether you opted into product updates, and a record of that consent on Cloudflare. We use the signup to provide SOP document access and understand which editing tools people are interested in.
The product-update checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Getting the SOP doc doesn’t require opting into updates. The form opens the document access page in your browser immediately. If you leave the checkbox unchecked, that submission doesn’t send an email or transfer your details to the email service. Submitting the access form again leaves existing email preferences unchanged.
Confirmation and product updates
When email updates are available and you request them, Brevo sends a confirmation message to the address you supplied. The message also links to the free SOP document page. Your address is added to the product-update list only after you explicitly confirm. Opening the confirmation page alone doesn’t subscribe you; you must choose its confirmation button.
Brevo receives the opted-in email address needed to send the confirmation message and manage the confirmed subscription. Brevo records delivery events and clicks on links in these emails; email links pass through its tracking service. Cloudflare retains the signup, consent and confirmation records, and delivery or synchronization status. The signup service doesn’t send your editing drafts, hiring notes, or generated prompts to Brevo.
If email updates aren’t available yet, no confirmation message is sent and the signup and preferences pages say so. A saved opt-in is not the same as a confirmed or active subscription. Delivery and unsubscribe changes that are still syncing are shown as pending.
Your copy in Google Docs
The free SOP is a Google Doc. When you open it or make your own copy, Google processes that activity under its own terms and privacy policy. Your copy and anything you add to it are managed in your Google account. Check its sharing settings before adding client information or private links. We don’t receive your changes through the signup form.
Earlier browser drafts
If you used the earlier interactive SOP builder or hiring guide, your saved drafts remain in that browser’s local storage. The draft recovery page can download a backup of those answers. It doesn’t upload, change, or delete them. It only works in the browser, profile, and site address where you saved them.
Keep your backup files private. Anyone with access to your browser profile or exported files may be able to read them. The interactive SOP builder, AI prompt generator, and hiring guide are planned for the paid VA kit and aren’t part of the free Google Doc giveaway.
Cookies and hosting
Cloudflare hosts this site and the signup service. After a new signup, a secure cookie lets you manage that signup from the same browser. That cookie is used for signup management, not advertising. Cloudflare also processes request information needed to deliver and protect the service.
An email confirmation link carries a one-time token in the part of the URL after the # symbol. The confirmation page removes that token from the visible URL and sends it directly to our confirmation endpoint to check its status. It sends the confirmation request only when you choose the button. Confirming an address doesn’t switch this browser’s signup management session to that address.
Change or delete your signup
Use Email preferences in the browser where you signed up to change your product-update choice or delete your signup and saved consent history. If that browser’s management cookie is missing or expired, this page can’t identify your signup. We don’t ask you to enter someone’s email address to change their preferences.
An opt-out is saved here and, when needed, synchronized with Brevo. Deletion may also need the email service to finish removing the record. While that work is pending, the response says so and the information needed to finish the request is retained. We don’t label a pending provider removal as a completed deletion. Delivery and security logs, and backup snapshots, may remain under the providers’ retention rules.
Deleting your signup doesn’t erase earlier browser drafts or your own Google Docs copy. To remove local drafts, clear this site’s browser storage after saving anything you want to keep. Manage your document copy through your Google account.
Other services
Links to Google Docs and other services take you to sites with their own privacy practices. The paid VA kit, course, and workflow packs are separate products; their checkout is not open yet.
